This indipendent holiday cottage in Umbria in the Valnerina is located in a little village midst in a tree-covered mountain landscape. The small old village with only a few inhabitants surrounds the little church in a pictoresque way.

This romantic ancient house is situated in an absolute calm area, therefore it conveys the atmosphere of leisure.

The ground floor offers a spacious a living/dining room (satellite TV, stereo system and DVD player, double sleep couch) with passage to a fire-place room. A new kitchen in L-form connects again the fire-place room with the livingroom It has a dishwasher, american coffee machine and an electric oven. Outside there is a large, partially roofed, veranda.

Wooden stairs lead into the first floor (on the mezzanine there is a guest toilet toilet): 2 bedrooms, one with direct access to the renovated large bath with shower cubicle, the other one with exit to the upper veranda, from which you can also reach the garden; and a small studio. The affectionate and individual equipment is good and rich; central heating (gas). In a storage beside the house there is a washing machine. 

The small but nice garden with ornamental fountain can be illuminated with some lamps. It is fenced-in and has 2 entrances, one of them with interphone; new barbecue, private parking lot at the disposal of the guests.

The next local trattoria is only 250 m away from the house. All facilities and a public swimming-pool are located in Arrone (2,7 km ), also a very nice ancient village. Good possibilities for walking in the surrounding hills (the mount Pollino arrives at 1232 m). The famous falls Cascate delle Marmore and the sea Lago di Piediluco (ideal for water sports) are located on a distance of 10 km. From the railway station Terni (15 km ) you reach Rome within one hour,
