Holiday lodging in Prati in Rome: this is the perfect district of Rome for all of you who want to be close to St. Peter’s Square and the historicalcentre. The quarter comprises the area between the Tiber and the Vatican, it is surrounded by the quarter Trastvere in the south and in the north by Monte Mario, a viewpoint with a stunning view over the Tiber and the centre of Rome. Prati delle Vittorie is the part of Prati, which borders with the Vatican in the north-east, generally speaking the area surrounding the subway station Ottaviano/S. Pietro.

The apartment is located in a side street of Via della Giuliana, just about 15 minutes on foot away from St. Peter’s square, on the 8^thfloor of a residential building (with elevator). The location of the apartment is quiet, since there is just destination traffic in the street below the house. The balcony of the apartment offers a wonderful view over the rooftops up to the observatory Monte Mario on the one and the dome of St. Peter’s Basilica on the other side.

In the past year the apartment was fully renovated by its owner: since that time it disposes of a spacious living room with large window and door to the balcony with its stunning view, where you can enjoy dinner or a glass of wine while overlooking the rooftops of Rome by the sunset. The living room also disposes of a kitchen counter (with dish washer,fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle) and a dining corner as well as a comfortable sofa and armchair, which can be converted into a single bed.

The comfortable bedroom disposes of a large king size bed (ceiling fan) and a small bathroom inside with WC and washbasin. There is also a massage bathtub on the opposite side of the wall. Beside of this small bathroom, there is a larger one fully equipped with shower cubicle.

The rooms dispose of large windows on 3 sides, so that the apartment is airy and pleasant also during the summer months. The apartment offers central heating, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. The whole furniture has a very personal and colorful style, with many comfortable details, partly with modern influences, partly with antique/oriental style.

Directly below the house there is a supermarket, various small grocery stores, bars and some very good pizzerias/restaurants, which are frequented by Romans.
