My holiday flat with balcony is located in the more quiet and placid area of Trastevere next to the Villa Farnesina and Palazzo Corsini, near the Tiber, where you can still find the narrow romantic lanes with the typical old houses, overgrown with creepers and Bougainvilles, and the “alimentari” in the neighbourhood. Exactly in one of such houses is situated the flat, on the 3^rd floor, without elevator, but with large staircase and comfortably low steps. The apartment is completely and costly restored in a well-made mix of modern and ancient pieces. The furniture shows high quality and the sense of taste from the owner.

The flat offers bedroom with king-size bed and fitted wardrobe , living room with double bed settee, eating corner, and TV, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, firdge/freezer, water kettle, microwave...and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The kitchen is separated from the entrance by a partition, the living and the bedroom are located behind one another.

The large windows look out onto an inner courtyard, a small balcony extends in front of the living, just ideal for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine...

The flat is very quiet because of its location to the inner courtyard, and light-flooded because of its large windows.
